Backyard Discovery Deluxe Cedar Mansion Wooden Playhouse is made of a beautiful cedar with a brown finish. Has a wood roof, two bay windows trimmed in white, and a cute front porch with dormer. A side door makes getting in and out even more fun. The door is made from the same quality cedar wood as the main playhouse. For an extra special look, there’s a fence and wooden deck on the front porch. The front window has a snack ledge and there is plenty of room for your kids and all of their friends.

Inside there are some great accessories including a dual stove and sink. Unlike most outdoor models, Deluxe Cedar Mansion Wooden Playhouse has a wood floor inside and on the front porch. The playhouse comes in two huge flat boxes. Might sound overwhelming, but the assembly instructions are excellent. All of the hardware is wrapped individually, which is a huge help. Backyard Discovery provides plenty of extras of almost everything. The Cedar Mansion Playhouse comes with all required fixings, pre-drilled wood, and a fully illustrated instruction manual. This playhouse is designed for children aged between 3 and 10 years of age and is tested (EN-71 and ASTM) to meet requirements for private residential use only.

Maintenance tips: check all nuts and bolts twice monthly during the usage season and tighten as required. Oil all metallic moving parts monthly during the usage period. Inspect wood parts monthly. The grain of the wood sometimes will lift in the dry season causing splinters to appear. Once or twice a year, depending on your climate conditions, you must apply some type of protection (sealant) to the wood. Make sure the play house is level and true once each year or at the beginning of each play season. Don’t forget to reinstall any plastic parts or any other items that were removed for the cold season.
